It wasn’t too bad!

Everything was nice for the most part. Great location. Really sad that there was no mirror in the room. It was hard to change everyday and see if I liked my outfit. Only mirror they had was in the bathroom

The room didn't have fridge but I requested one and they brought it after a couple of hours. The location is awesome and I used the service of chairs and umbrella in the beach

The water from the shower was freezing and the AC was difficult to set what it made the room super cold too.

Someone open our room. He had the same card key. Fortunately our son was in the room. The staff immediately checked the cameras and gave as a key to lock the door.

Chill but loud

Comfortable beds, quiet beach, free umbrellas and chairs, access to stores and restaurants, nice views

Extremely loud all hours of the night and morning. hotels doors have a huge gap at the bottom and you need headphones if you want to sleep. In the morning, construction and banging wakes you up so if you plan on having a night out, I’d find a different hotel. doesn’t have a complete shower door which tracks water everywhere. A weird vibe at the pool….. no life or music outside. but overall a nice place if you don’t need much sleep

The staff was wonderful. We were able to check in early which was awesome coming from the airport. The pool outside is beautiful and having a restaurant/bar right there is amazing. The room was pretty nice also.

The hotel did not inform us that construction would be occurring during our stay. From the morning until the late evening, we would hear constant drilling and banging. Additionally, the walls are paper thin. A family stayed in the room next to us and we were constantly woken up by their yelling.

unfortunately a poor stay

location is great, very central to where our interests are and the suites are renovated and quite big.

the new suites with the ocean view are nice and comfy however in true honesty non of us could rest due to the unbearable noise of the A/C unit which unfortunately seems to be old. We've been customers of Lexington for the last 6 years and each of us usually goes there twice/three times a year ( 7 of us ). If this issue will not be fixed namely NEW a/c units will be installed in each room, we will be forced to find a different accommodation and will not recommend Lexington any longer. Cleaning is lacking : yesterday once back into the room, there was no shampoo, soap in the bathroom and the cleaner forgot the garbage bag - with garbage inside - on the desk in the room!

Hotel of two halves!

Our refurbished rooms were excellent, others not yet refurbished were very brown, tired and dull. Hotel rooms were clean. Breakfast offered a good choice and the catering staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating, especially to our vegan guests. Location near the beach was great, although most entertainment, activities, restaurants and cafes were based further south.

Ocean view room is not the same as an ocean sea view room, so we faced the busy main road with tiny view of a sea water channel. Coffee station was in the lobby, not available in the rooms, so awkward running up and down in the lift in the mornings. Although it was tasty. They didn’t provide any milk alternatives which was disappointing. Customer services and reception staff knew nothing! Every question was met with blank faces and ‘no sorry can’t help’. They had also run out of the free trolley maps and other activity maps. Staff were very disorganised.

I had a pleasant stay the Staff, very friendly, little english spoken in this region.

I was expecting a more continental Breakfast, such as Mushroom, Stewed tomato and fried eggs, the option should be clearly marked, separating the breakfast with and without meat product, as not many people eat bacon/ meat, the Location was good. it would be good if the reception staff know more about transport links to various places of interest, as the bus drivers are very unhelpful, ( Not the hotel fault) other than that if the facility is kept up to standard, with cleanliness i will recommend this Hotel to my Business Colleagues.

It would be a good idea to have a Kettle in the rooms, on request, as there are times when one needed to have a hot drink in the late hours in the night, it would be more convenient to have a more relaxing and thirst free night.

Access to the beach That staff was great

Bartender by the pool didn’t know how to make drinks. She asked us several times to repeat the drinks and they were on the menu so that was annoying. We still didn’t get the right drinks lol. I was under charged then over charged and now under charged for the stay. Still waiting to see what they do next.

Very pleasant.

Location was ideal. Close enough to downtown South Beach without being caught up in the traffic congestion made it easy to travel to the Stadium for the Super Bowl. Also Representatives were very knowledgeable and courteous.

The bathrooms were very small.
